Your Moto Watch 100 can take SpO2 readings throughout the day and automatically tracks SpO2 while you sleep. To take a SpO2 reading on your watch, follow these steps:
- Tilt your wrist or tap the top physical button to turn on the display
- Swipe left or right from the watch face until you get to the SpO2 widget. It will tell you to make sure the strap is snug and then show the SpO2 icon during measurement.
- Sit still and quiet with your arm relaxed for up to 2 minutes while the device performs a reading.
- After a short period, your device will show your SpO2 reading.
You can view more information about your SpO2 and history from the Moto Watch app on your mobile device under the Wellness tab. You can also view the SpO2 widget from the application by following these steps:
- Tilt your wrist or tap the top physical button to turn on the display on your Moto Watch.
- From the watch face, tap the top physical button again to open the application list.
- Scroll down and tap on "SpO2" Note: If you do not see any SpO2 data, make sure you wear your Moto Watch and that the wrist strap is snug but comfortable.
Tips: Make sure your Moto Watch 100 strap is snug but comfortable. The sensor is located on the back of the watch and must not be obstructed or covered, preventing contact with the skin.
In some cases, tattoos may cause interference with the heart rate sensor. If you experience issues, try placing the watch where there are no tattoos.
