Follow these steps to delete an alarm:

1. Tilt your wrist or tap the top physical button to turn on the display
2. From the watch face, tap the top physical button again
3. Scroll down and tap on "Alarm."
4. To disable an alarm tap the green toggle, to enable an alarm tap the grey toggle.
5. To edit an existing alarm, tap beside the toggle to enter the edit screen.
6. From the edit screen, you can change the time and repeat settings for the alarm. You can also press the red trash can icon to delete the alarm.
