Your Moto Watch can show a black screen and vibrate for up to 2 minutes during the firmware upgrade process.
If your watch is in this step for over 5 minutes and you are unable to access your screen, please follow these steps:
- Power on the watch by pressing and holding the side key for 20 seconds.
- If the watch can be powered on, please go back to the app and retry upgrading.
