If your Moto Watch 100 is stuck updating, please:
- Press the top button of the watch for at least 10 seconds to turn it off.
- Wait a few seconds, then hold the button again to restart your watch.
- Head over to your Bluetooth settings and connect your watch to your mobile device.
The firmware update should now restart.
If you experience any issues after that, please submit a ticket, and our customer support team will assist you.
Note: If you close the app or exit the upgrade screen, the firmware upgrade will stop. You can restart it by navigating back to the Firmware Upgrade menu and trying again.
