An Update on the Music Player: Why It's Gone and What the Future Holds

Dear Valued Moto Watch 100 Users,

We'd like to address a significant change that occurred with the release of update 01.01.17 on September 23rd, 2022 - the removal of the Music Player feature.

Why was the Music Player removed?

The decision to remove the Music Player was not taken lightly. Initially, setting up a music player was a pivotal part of our product's development and update roadmap. However, post-launch, data indicated that this feature was underutilized by the majority of our users.

At Moto Watch, our primary focus is on providing consistent and accurate health and fitness metrics while ensuring a seamless user experience. We recognized that we were allocating a significant amount of development time and resources to a feature that wasn't significantly enhancing our product for most users. This prompted us to shift our attention toward refining the Moto Watch 100 to align with its original objectives and dedicate more resources to enhancing our in-house Watch OS system, addressing bug fixes, and making general feature improvements.

What should I do if I would like the feature back?

We understand that some users may miss the Music Player feature and have expressed interest in its reinstatement. While we cannot confirm whether it will be reinstated, please know that your feedback has not gone unnoticed. We have diligently logged and conveyed your requests to our product development team for careful consideration.

At Moto Watch, we continually explore ways to satisfy our customers and meet their needs. Rest assured, your feedback remains an integral part of our ongoing discussions.

Is the feature coming back sometime in the future?

Regrettably, we cannot provide a definitive status on the Music Player's return or specify a timeline for such a reintroduction. However, we encourage you to subscribe to our newsletter or stay tuned to our announcements section for updates on more than just the Music Player. We have exciting developments in the pipeline, and we want to keep you informed every step of the way.

Moving forward together.

We want to express our heartfelt gratitude for your unwavering support and feedback throughout this transition. Removing the Music Player was a challenging decision, but it has allowed us to enhance our communication and better understand our customers' needs and expectations.

Your choice of the Moto Watch 100 and your continued support inspire us to continuously refine and improve the watch to align with your needs and preferences.

If you require assistance or have any questions, our dedicated customer support team is just a click away, ready to assist you.

Thank you for being part of our journey as we continue to perfect the Moto Watch 100 to meet and exceed your expectations.
