How to Fix Notification Issues on Your Moto Watch 70
If you’re not receiving notifications on your Moto Watch 70, follow these troubleshooting steps to resolve the issue:
1. Ensure Bluetooth is Enabled
- Make sure Bluetooth is turned on both on your phone and your Moto Watch 70.
- Check that the devices are paired and connected. You can verify this in the Bluetooth settings of your phone.
2. Check Notification Permissions
- Open the Moto Watch Lite app on your phone.
- Tap the Profile icon in the top-left corner.
- Select your Moto Watch 70 under My Devices.
- Go to Phone Permissions and make sure you’ve enabled notifications for all relevant apps (messages, calls, etc.).
3. Enable Notifications on Your Phone
- On your phone, check that Do Not Disturb mode is off.
- Ensure the apps from which you want to receive notifications are allowed to send them. Go to your phone’s Settings > Notifications and make sure notifications are enabled for these apps.
4. Disable Battery Saver Mode
- If your phone is in Battery Saver mode, notifications may be restricted to save power. Disable Battery Saver mode to allow notifications to come through.
5. Restart Both Devices
- Restart both your phone and your Moto Watch 70 to refresh the connection and clear any temporary issues.
6. Check the Moto Watch Lite App
- Ensure that your Moto Watch Lite app is up-to-date. Go to the App Store (iOS) or Google Play Store (Android) and check for updates.
7. Reset Notifications Settings
- If notifications are still not working, you can try resetting the notification settings on your phone. Unpair and then re-pair your devices to reset the connection.
8. Re-pair Your Moto Watch 70
- Go to your phone’s Bluetooth settings, forget the Moto Watch 70, then pair it again through the Moto Watch Lite app.
