Keeping your Moto Watch 40 up-to-date ensures you get the best performance and access to new features. Here’s how the update process works:

Step 1: Automatic Download

• When a software update is available for your Moto Watch 40, it will automatically download to your watch through the Moto Watch Lite app. You’ll be notified in the app when an update is ready for installation.

Step 2: Install the Update

• Once the update is downloaded, you’ll receive a prompt on your app.

• Tap Download and Install on the notification, and the update will begin. Your watch will restart automatically once the update is complete.

Step 3: Manually Install from the Play Store or App Store (If Needed)

• If you don’t receive an update notification, you can always check for updates by visiting the Play Store (Android) or App Store (iOS) and searching for the Moto Watch Lite app.

• If an update is available for the app itself, download and install it. The update for your watch will sync automatically afterward.
