Managing Notifications on Your Moto Watch 120

Stay connected and informed by setting up notifications on your Moto Watch 120. Follow these steps to enable, customize, and manage notifications effectively.

Setting Up Notifications

  1. Enable Bluetooth

    • Ensure that Bluetooth is turned on in your phone’s settings.

  2. Open the Moto Watch Lite App

    • Go to the Account tab in the app.
    • Select your Moto Watch 120.

  3. Phone Notification Settings

    • Tap "Phone notification settings."
    • If prompted, grant the app notification access by selecting "Turn on now."

  4. Allow Notifications

    • Enable the "Moto Watch Lite" toggle.
    • Select "Allow" to give the app permission to send notifications.

  5. Choose Your Notifications

    • In the app, turn on the toggles for the types of notifications you want to receive on your watch (e.g., calls, messages, app alerts).

Viewing Notifications

  • Automatic Notifications:
    Your Moto Watch 120 will vibrate and display new notifications automatically when they arrive.

  • Dismiss Notifications:

    • Swipe away, press a button, or wait for the notification to time out to dismiss it temporarily.

  • See Saved Notifications:

    • Swipe up from the watch face to view saved notifications (up to 10).

  • Full Details:

    • Tap on a notification to view its full details.

Clearing Notifications

  • Automatic Deletion:

    • Your watch will automatically delete old notifications once the saved limit is reached.

  • Manual Clearing:

    1. Swipe up to access your notification list.
    2. Tap the delete icon at the bottom to manually clear notifications.

Important Note on Do Not Disturb (DND) Mode

  • If your Moto Watch 120 is in Do Not Disturb (DND) mode, notifications will not show up on your watch. While in DND, all notifications are silenced to help minimize distractions. To receive notifications again, you will need to disable DND mode.

By following these steps, you can ensure that you never miss important updates and manage your notifications effectively, while having full control over which notifications you receive and when.
