Your Moto Watch 120 offers intuitive control through a combination of touchscreen gestures and two side buttons. Here's how to navigate your watch effectively:

Touch Screen Navigation


- Watch Face: This is your starting point and main screen.
- Swipe Down: Access battery status and quick settings.
- Swipe Up: View your notifications.
- Swipe Left: Open the quick menu for rapid access to frequently used features.
- Swipe Right: Cycle through app widgets. Available widgets include:
  - Summary
  - Heart Rate
  - SpO2 (Blood Oxygen Level)
  - Stress
  - Sleep
  - Weather
  - Music Control

Button Navigation

Top Button:
- Long Press (3+ seconds) when off: Turn on the watch.
- Long Press (3+ seconds) when on: Open the power menu with options for:
  - Restart
  - Power Off
  - SOS
  
- Short Press when screen is off: Turn on the screen.
- Short Press when screen is on: Open the App List.
- Short Press during an activity: Pause your current activity.

Bottom Button:
- Short Press: Opens the Activity list. (Note: This function can be customized in the settings.)
