Proper Device Handling

Proper Device Handling

Proper device handling is crucial for your safety and the longevity of your device. Please adhere to the following guidelines:

  1. Listen to Your Body: If you experience any discomfort such as soreness, tingling, numbness, burning, or stiffness in your hands or wrists while wearing the product, discontinue use immediately.
  2. Battery Handling: Do not attempt to replace, disassemble, or puncture the battery. Doing so will void the warranty and can result in an explosion or fire hazard.
  3. Safe Storage: Store your device only on a flat surface. If your device falls, it may be damaged.
  4. Cracked Components: Do not use your watch if the display or backplate is cracked.
  5. Temperature Sensitivity: Avoid exposing your watch to excessively high or low temperatures.
  6. Cleaning Caution: Do not use abrasive cleaners to clean your device, as this may lead to discoloration or corrosion of the device's exterior, or even pose electric shock or fire hazards.
  7. Sensory Alert: Remove your watch immediately if it feels warm or hot, or if you detect a sweet, metallic, or acetone smell.
  8. Battery Charging: Charge the battery following the instructions provided during setup. Use only the provided charging cable. The use of generic batteries or chargers may shorten the device's lifespan or cause malfunctions.
  9. Avoid Charging When Wet: Do not attempt to charge your watch while it is wet.

These precautions are essential for the safe and effective use of your device. Your well-being is our priority, and we appreciate your commitment to responsible device handling.
