Return & Refund Policy

You have the option to initiate returns within a thirty (30) day period from the date you received the product, subject to the Terms of Use outlined herein. In addition to any rights provided by applicable laws, you can return a product within thirty (30) days of receipt if it meets the following criteria:

  1. The product was purchased from the website, www.motowatch.com.
  2. The product is accompanied by all original packaging, manuals, accessories, complimentary items, and any other components or parts that were included with the product upon delivery.
  3. The product remains in its original, undamaged condition.
  4. Please be aware that, in accordance with applicable laws, return requests made beyond the thirty (30) day return window will not be accepted. If the returned product fails to meet the stipulated requirements mentioned above, the refund will be declined, and the product will be returned to you at your own cost or recycled.

How to Request a Return and Refund:

To initiate a Return and Refund request, please contact our customer support team via the live chat and email options available on our website: https://support.motowatch.com. Following this, you will need to package the product(s) as described in the "Refund and Return Policy" section above and deliver it to one of our designated centers or warehouses.
Upon the product's arrival at a CEBrands International warehouse, we reserve the right to inspect the item to determine its eligibility for a refund.

Processing Time:

CEBrands International will process refunds exclusively for products that meet the conditions outlined in the "Return Policy" section. The reimbursement will be issued through the original payment channel used for the initial purchase. For instance, if you made the payment with a credit card, the refund will be credited back to that card. Similarly, if you used PayPal for the purchase, the refund will be directed to your PayPal wallet.
Refunds will be processed and received by the customer within five (5) business days from the date the item is returned.
