Syncing Issues with Moto Watch 70: How to Fix

Having trouble syncing your Moto Watch 70 with your phone? Follow these steps to resolve any syncing issues:

Step 1: Check Bluetooth Connection

  • Ensure Bluetooth is enabled on your phone.

  • Important: Do not connect your Moto Watch 70 directly to your phone’s Bluetooth settings. Let the Moto Watch Lite app handle the pairing process. The app will establish a seamless connection between your phone and the watch.

Step 2: Restart Your Devices

  • Restart your phone and reboot your Moto Watch 70 to refresh the connection.

Step 3: Check the Moto Watch Lite App

  • Make sure your Moto Watch Lite app is updated to the latest version.

  • Open the app and confirm that your Moto Watch 70 is listed under “My Devices.”

Step 4: Re-pair Your Devices

  1. Open the Moto Watch Lite App.

  2. Remove the Moto Watch 70 from the device list within the app.

  3. Follow the pairing instructions again directly within the Moto Watch Lite app.

Step 5: Check for App Permissions

  • Ensure the Moto Watch Lite app has the necessary permissions to connect to Bluetooth and sync data with your watch.

Step 6: Reboot and Try Again

  • After following the above steps, reboot both your phone and watch once again. This helps to reset the Bluetooth connection and resolve any lingering syncing issues.
