Time Sync Issue with Moto Watch 120 – Troubleshooting

If you notice that the time on your Moto Watch 120 is showing 30 minutes behind or ahead by default, this issue may occur due to a bug related to timezones with a 30-minute offset (e.g., India Standard Time, which is UTC +5:30).

What to Do:

  1. Manual Adjustment:  Manually setting the time on the watch can temporarily fix the issue, but it may continue to revert.
  2. Sync with App: Make sure the watch is synced with the Moto Watch Lite app. Sometimes, ensuring the connection and syncing process works can resolve the discrepancy.
  3. Check for Updates: If there’s a software update available for the watch, installing it may help address the bug.
