Warranty Policy

Who is covered?

This warranty is applicable exclusively to the original consumer who purchased the Moto Watch in new condition from the following authorized outlets, and it is not transferable:

  1. www.motowatch.com
  2. An approved third party of the Product as authorized by CE Brands Int and its distribution/reseller partners

Moto Watch Limited Warranty

Subject to the exceptions detailed below, CE Brands Int, as the Moto Watch Licensee, warrants that for a period of one year (or the minimum period required by law) from the date of purchase by the initial consumer purchaser of the Product, the Product is free from defects in materials and workmanship and complies with its specifications.

The warranty period for accessories is one (1) year from the original purchase date by the first consumer purchaser of the Product.

After repair or replacement, the warranty coverage duration is either the remaining balance of the original warranty or ninety (90) days from the date the product is returned to the consumer, whichever is longer. In case your product is not functioning correctly, we recommend the following steps:

  1. Consult the User Manual or the Quick Start Guide.
  2. Visit our website: www.motowatch.com/support. 

    What does this warranty cover?

    • Subject to the exclusions listed below, CE Brands Int warrants that this Product or certified accessory, sold for use with this product, is manufactured to be free from defects in materials and workmanship under normal consumer usage for the period outlined below. This Warranty is exclusively yours and is non-transferable.

    How to Obtain Warranty Service

    To obtain service or information, please register your product in the "Register Product" section and contact our Customer Support team by submitting a request.

    Please ensure you include the following:

    1. The Product or Accessory.
    2. The original proof of purchase (receipt), including the date, place, and seller of the Product.
    3. A written description of the problem.
    4. Your address and telephone number. We may request the return of the Product for failure analysis.
    5. Warranty service is provided to customers who purchase the products directly from the authorized outlets mentioned in the "Who is Covered?" section above. CE Brands Int reserves the right to replace the defective Product with the same model or an equivalent model. These Terms and Conditions constitute the complete warranty agreement between you and CE Brands Int regarding the Products or Accessories you purchased, and they supersede any prior agreements or representations, including those made in any literature publications or promotional materials issued by CE Brands Int or by any agent, employee, or staff of CE Brands Int related to the purchase.

    *Exclusions:

    This warranty does not cover:

    • Normal Wear and Tear: Regular maintenance, repair, and replacement of parts and components due to normal wear and tear are not covered.
    • Batteries: Only batteries that fall below 80% of their rated capacity when fully charged and batteries that leak are covered under this warranty.
    • Abuse & Misuse: Defects or damage resulting from improper operation, storage, misuse, abuse, accidents, neglect, contact with liquids, extreme environmental conditions, or use for commercial purposes are not covered.
    • Use of Non-CE Brands Int Products and Accessories: Defects or damage caused by non-CE Brands Int branded or certified Products, Accessories, or other peripheral equipment are not covered.
    • Unauthorized Service or Modification: Defects or damage resulting from service, testing, adjustment, installation, maintenance, alteration, or modification by anyone other than CE Brands Int or its authorized service centers are not covered.
    • Altered Products: Products or Accessories with removed, altered, or obliterated serial numbers or date tags; broken seals or evidence of tampering; mismatched board serial numbers; or nonconforming CE Brands Int branded housings or parts are not covered.
    • Communication Services: Defects, damages, or failures of Products or Accessories resulting from any communication service or signal you subscribe to or use with the Products or Accessories are not covered.
