If you’re using an iPhone with your Moto Watch 120, you may notice that it syncs seamlessly with Apple Health, but not Google Fit. Here’s why:
On iOS devices, the Moto Watch 120 is designed to integrate with Apple Health, Apple’s built-in health and fitness app. This integration allows you to track your steps, heart rate, sleep data, calories burned, and more, all within the Apple Health app.
Currently, the Moto Watch 120 is not designed to sync with Google Fit on iOS devices. Here’s why:
Platform Differences: Google Fit is primarily built for Android devices, and syncing with it on iOS is not natively supported. While third-party apps can sometimes work with both systems, the Moto Watch 120 focuses on Apple Health for iOS users.
Moto Watch Lite App’s Compatibility: The Moto Watch Lite app, which is central to syncing data from your Moto Watch 120, is optimized for Apple Health on iOS. While Google Fit is a supported platform on Android, the app is designed to prioritize Apple Health on iOS.
If you're using an iPhone with your Moto Watch 120, you can enjoy syncing with Apple Health for a comprehensive health and fitness overview. However, Google Fit is only available for syncing on Android devices, and iOS users will not be able to connect their Moto Watch 120 directly with Google Fit.
On iOS: Use Apple Health to track your fitness data. It’s a powerful tool for monitoring your progress and integrating seamlessly with the Moto Watch 120.
On Android: If you’re using an Android phone, you can sync your Moto Watch 120 with Google Fit for a detailed view of your health stats.
We’re always working to improve the compatibility and features of the Moto Watch 120. While Google Fit integration for iOS is not supported at the moment, stay tuned for future updates and enhancements.
In the meantime, enjoy using the Moto Watch 120 with Apple Health on iOS for an optimal fitness experience.
