When you use your Moto Watch 120 to talk to your phone’s AI assistant, like Google Assistant or Siri, the sound volume is actually controlled by your phone, not the watch.

Adjusting the AI Assistant Volume

On Android

• Press the volume buttons or go to
  Settings > Sound & Vibration

• Adjust the Media or Assistant volume sliders.

On iPhone

• Use the side buttons, or go to
  Settings > Sounds & Haptics

• Adjust the Siri volume to your preference.

Test the Volume

1. Activate your AI assistant from the Moto Watch 120.

2. Make sure the sound from your phone is at the level you prefer.

Check Bluetooth Connection

Ensure your Moto Watch 120 is connected to your phone via Bluetooth; this ensures the assistant responds and plays audio smoothly.
