1. Check Phone Permissions

• Go to your phone’s Bluetooth settings.

• Confirm that the Moto Watch 40 has permission to access call notifications.

2. Enable Call Notifications in the Moto Watch App

• Open the Moto Watch app on your phone.

• Navigate to Settings > Notifications.

• Make sure Call notifications are enabled.

3. Ensure Do Not Disturb (DND) Mode is Off

• DND mode prevents the watch from alerting you to calls.

• Swipe down from the watch face to open Quick Settings.

• Turn off the DND icon if it is active.
