Setting Up Your Moto 360 with a New Phone

Upgrading to a new phone? Your Moto 360 makes it simple. Follow these steps:

Disconnect from Your Current Phone

  1. Wake up your watch: Tap the screen if it’s dim.

  2. Access Settings: Swipe down → Settings → System.

  3. Reset: Scroll and tap Disconnect & Reset. If unavailable, tap Unpair with Phone → Disconnect & Reset.

  4. Confirm: Tap Done to confirm.

Connect to Your New Phone

  1. Open Wear OS App: Launch the Wear OS app on your new phone.

  2. Start Setup: Tap Set up in the app.

  3. Follow Instructions: Follow the on-screen prompts to complete pairing.

Troubleshooting Tips

  • Can’t find your watch? Try factory resetting the watch, reboot both devices, and ensure Bluetooth, Wi-Fi, and Location permissions are enabled.

  • Factory reset if needed: Follow the steps above under Disconnect from Your Current Phone.
