Essential Battery Care Guidelines

It's crucial to understand that swollen batteries cannot be repaired. For your own safety, we strongly advise discontinuing the use of the device if you encounter this issue.

Batteries perform optimally when subjected to slow, controlled charging and discharging, operated within moderate temperature ranges, and safeguarded against shocks or physical damage.

To ensure the health of your battery, please observe the following precautions:

  1. Avoid Third-Party Chargers: Refrain from using third-party chargers, especially those with low quality or damaged charging cables or adapters. Such accessories may lead to uncontrolled, uneven, or excessive power management, posing a risk of damage or even fire.
  2. Battery Maintenance for Storage: If you plan to store your device without using it for an extended period (a few weeks or more), charge/discharge it to approximately 40% and power it off beforehand. This practice helps preserve battery lifespan. Additionally, avoid exposing your device to high temperatures, such as leaving it in a hot car, as this can reduce battery efficiency.
  3. Handle with Care: Be cautious not to drop your watch, as physical impact can damage the battery.
  4. Avoid High-Temperature Environments: Do not store your device near or in proximity to heaters, microwaves, hot cooking equipment, or high-pressure containers.
  5. Magnetic Pins: Do not disconnect the magnetic pins by pulling the cord; handle them with care.
  6. Carrying Your Watch: Avoid carrying your watch in your back pockets or on your waist, as excessive pressure can potentially damage the device.
For any battery-related issues, including swelling, damage, or a decrease in charging capacity, please register your device and reach out to us for assistance. Your safety and the proper functioning of your device are our priorities.
