If your Moto360 won’t turn on, don’t worry — try these steps first.
1. Check Your Charging Setup
Use the original charger, cable, and cradle.
Make sure the charging pins and micro USB port are clean.
Remove any plastic packaging from the watch.
2. Charge Before Powering On
Connect your watch to power and charge for at least 15 minutes.
Try turning it on while connected.
3. Try a Different Outlet
Plug the charger into a different wall outlet and try again.
4. Factory Reset (Last Resort)
If the watch is still unresponsive, a factory reset may help.
Hold the crown button until Recovery Mode appears.
Follow on-screen instructions to select “Wipe data/factory reset”.
⚠️ Note: A factory reset will erase all data and restore default settings.
